This was quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a piece of furniture. Early in October my boyfriend and I had purchased a Queen sized sleeper with an ottoman. We were told that the mattress and the ottoman were in stock but our delivery would not be made until the sleeper was in as well. I got a text message and an emailing stating that my FULL delivery would be made on November 7th. Not only did my couch not come with the delivery, the ottoman I received was stained in two places and had a tear on the side. How a company could deliver a mattress without the sleeper it belongs in is beyond me. As I called to try and rectify the situation, their customer care continually told me that I had to wait 30 days before I could return the mattress and they wouldn’t be able to take the ottoman out of my house for an entire month! Then I was told the couch would come November 16th and the manager told me 10 minutes later that that was incorrect and it wouldn’t be delivered until December 13th. The only help they would offer for this inconvenience was to lower the ottoman cost 40 percent IF I kept the destroyed ottoman. Terrible experience and I will never use Bobs again. I went to Ashley Furniture and have a brand new couch coming this Wednesday (4 days after the order was placed) for the same money. And Ashley is better quality! It’s my experience that if you use Bobs you’re only setting yourself up for disappointment and aggravation!
Don’t believe the delivery dates online—that is all marketing (notice it is after you pay). The dates online are fictitious. Your furniture will probably be delayed a few times (weeks could turn into months). Don’t expect a refund on your furniture even if it is several months late—they do not give refunds, even though the delivery is part of their supply chain and thus they are responsible. Not sure how they get away with this as the customer is not told this. Don’t expect your order to be correct—they make lots of errors. If you are fortunate enough to eventually get your furniture, I do think you will be quite happy with the quality (it is solid); hence, two stars instead of one.

Be warned--don't EVER buy the Goof Proof Insurance. It's a hoax!!!! They will deny every claim when the furniture breaks due to normal use. We submitted 2 claims and both denied with some wishy washy response that talked around in circles. SAVE YOURSELF THE EXTRA MONEY! They will not honor it!
I received a console table with damage, and base on Bob's rule, they must exchange it in the first year, but they don't accept and ignore refund or exchange the merchandise.
Great experience with Bob's Discount Furniture, both online and in the store. Their online prices beat the competition, hands down. Making a Covid-safe appointment was easy. The high quality of the furnishings was apparent as we walked the showroom floor. Our salesman, Antoine, was friendly, helpful, courteous and was patient as we looked at a number of styles and options. The manager, Tyrone, was equally pleasant. I would highly recommend Bob's Discount Furniture.
Service sucks!!!!! Do not buy from BoBs. I waited 2 months for my dresser to be delivered. When i finally received my dresser, BoBs sent it with 1 leg messed up. It’s now almost 2 months later and still waiting for 4 new legs to arrive. Will never purchase anything from them ever again!

Worst quality furniture. I bought a modern white leather sectional from Bob's Discount furniture. I also got the goof proof warranty. The leather started flaking off the furniture after a short time. I tried calling bob's but kept getting put on hold with no one helping me. Do not buy this furniture! It sucks!

I bought four sofas from Bob's last year. Two of them came with damage. Bob's replaced one of the sofas but refuses to replace or repair the other one.
On the one they won't replace or fix, the two arms are loose and crooked. And a light contained in the retractable center console of the sofa won't turn off. I've had to disconnect the light to prevent overheating and a possible fire.
That cute little guy on TV isn't going to get anymore of my business.
Bob's has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. There isn't even a close second. First, they delivered the mattress and were to remove my old mattress. After paying $176 for White Glove delivery, they left the mattress and footboard in my driveway, leaning against the light pole which they broke. No one did anything after 8 phone calls and a visit to the Farmingdale store. It was there for 8 days
I then had a problem with the mattress and went to the store to exchange it for a different type. The new mattress was order on March 2. Delivery was about 30 days out and they scheduled it for Easter Weekend. I called them last week to tell them that we are not available those days and needed to delivered the following week. They refused and told me I had to "wait until sometime in May because they only delivery in my neighborhood once a month." After telling them that I had broke my back and spinal surgery and MUST have the mattress ASAP, they said they'd call me within 24 hours to reschedule. 4 days later, no call. I went on their chat line and went through the entire dance all over again. They simply refuse to make the change and cannot tell me when someone would call me to reschedule the delivery date.
AVOID BOB'S DISCOUNT FURNITURE AT ALL COSTS. SPEND A BIT MORE MONEY AND YOU WILL SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION AND ANGER AND HAVING TO DEAL WITH THEIR TOTAL LACK OF CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS
When Bob’s first came to Las Vegas, I browsed the store and made my acquaintance with sales agent Loni. Because of her impeccable service, two years later I went back, found items in need and made a purchase with Loni! Glad to have such a friendly, professional individual assist me and still be there years later.

We purchased a couch from Bobs 1/19/20, the couch had issues from the start but with the pandemic we did not feel comfortable having technicians n the house. Every call to their help center requires 1 hour and a half on hold. They have been here twice 8/11, the problem persists, 9/24 the problem persists and the technician said it should be replaced but I spoke with a supervisor Marybeth D and they refuse. I even purchased the GOOF Proof that is a Joke. STAY AWAY horrible quality and the service is worse... after they have your money

No. That is extra upcharge they call "white glove service" it's B. S. Price goes up with everything you buy.

Nothing is included in Bob's discount furniture the delivery they say it's great white glove it was horrible there's an upsell to everything you do I felt like I was at a used car lot and didn't realize what happened until I drove off the lot

I have the 4 piece sectional. So far I've had it for a month or so. There's one little tear in the pull out part - on the fabric which covers the side. It's not the couch material. We do like this a lot.

Bob's doesn't care... Bob Kaufman probably cared way back in the 70s and 80s, but this new ownership is all about lulling you in with a moderate pricing model and then sticking it to you after they have your money. There is no way any of those shysters are looking at (or care about) these reviews... let alone respond and actually hold themselves accountable. We are all disposable customers in Bob's World. The sales staff takes a lot of the heat I'm sure, but their assistance is to simply tell you to call Customer Care, which is an absolute joke of a service and clearly where they are saving the money... Michael Skirvin the CEO is a jerk and a poor man's 2-bit used car salesman.
